This company offers great customer service. I had a shipping related question and I called them for clarification, they helped me out and was able to ship my items at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Once put together the chairs look nice. I bought them mostly for show in a small dining room that will get very little use. They look great. However, even though there are just a few screws, these chairs are the most difficult items I have ever had to assemble. It takes brute strength and a ton of patience. Once together they are sturdy enough to hold someone well over 200 lbs but would probably not hold up to daily abuse by a 6 year old.

You definitely get what you pay for with this item. So that being said I wasn't that upset because I only paid $133 (item plus shipping) for two chairs. However, both of the chairs had dirty stains on the cream leather and one of the chairs had a rip in the leather on the side. I just plan on putting that chair closest to the wall so no one can see the tear but I was disappointed. Looking back I would have probably opted to purchase chairs from Target's website instead. I would have paid about the same because I would have been able to ship it to the store for free. Oh well, you can sit in them so I guess that's enough for now.
