9pcs Contemporary Walnut Counter Height Dining Table & 8 Stools Set

I was very excited when I saw this set on Amazon. It was a great price and looked to be exactly what I wanted. I ordered the set on Sept. 5th, 2009. As of today, October 6th, I still have not recieved it. I have been tracking the package and it seems to making its way towards my house, but VERY SLOWLY!! I am still hopeful that I will receive it and it will be of good quaility. Just beware that you will not get this item on the date that amazon projects. I will update this review once I get the item.
UPDATE: I did recive my order. It was about 2 months after the fact that it finally arrived but I got it. So far I am pleased with the product. My one complaint was the delivery of it. VisionDecor had emailed me and told me that I needed to go through the entire contents of the boxes before I signed off on the delivery. Its a nice table, I really like it. Everyone that has seen or sat at it likes it too. I don't like how easily it scratches. Its fairly comfortable for me because I am tall. The first delivery was a couple of weeks past the first estimate. A couple pieces of hardware were missing, discolored legs, and there was a broken piece of chair when it arrived. They had the replacement parts shipped to me wihtout any headaches within 2 weeks which was good. Overall I am happy with this product.

Unlike others who've reviewed, when we ordered this set it gave an est. arrival date of about 7 days after ordering.

I didn't believe it.

But the set arrived one day after the original estimate.

All pieces were there and in good order. A few small nicks in the paint, but that was not the shipper's fault.

The spring mechanism for one of the latches for the leaf (which is DROP IN) broke once the table was put together and though I've sent a message and tried calling the seller, I've heard nothing back from them in a month's time. Fortunately the issue doesn't affect the use of the table for now.

One thing to note,you can use all 8 chairs for dining, but it will be cozy. We can't keep all 8 chairs pushed in around the table when not in use, so keep that in mind.

All told, it's a decent set.
