This table came to my home broken. The table and chairs both had portions of the wood broken off. I sent the table and chairs back and I contacted Amazon so that I could have the item replaced. They replaced it for me and the replacement came broken, yet again. I was really upset and I contacted Amazon. The only thing they did was give me a $30 credit for a $500 table. They explained that the way it was handled had nothing to do with them but rather the company it came from. I don't suggest anyone order from the ACME company. Otherwise, you'll most likely receive a broken or improperly packaged product.

The product arrived damaged and in bad repair. The clip shows the damage to the table top, with the wood support underneath the table top (broke in half) and many unsightly chips to the faux marble table top. I like shopping with Amazon, but this problem continuing to happen with the corporations having knowledge of these problems is unacceptable. Either inspect the merchandise in stock due to these numerous problems with multiple customers, or take the merchandise off of your website and not sell it. I ordered a replacement, and I hope that the corporation will throughly inspect the item prior to sending it.

I received this table, and there was a tiny bit of laminate that was chipped off. I didn't think anything of it, I had spent hours putting it together and didn't feel like sending it back. Now 2 months later there is laminate chipping off every where and the table looks horrible. I've emailed customer service about this so I don't know what they'll do yet. I do not recommend purchasing this unless it will be an unused-just to look nice - table. This table was used every other day just for dinner and it's completely ruined. Not to mention I have to re-tighten the screws once a week so it will not fall to pieces.
