-These chairs are very narrow, too narrow for my husband's broad shoulders.
-The wood is darker than a traditional oak would be, therefore they don't quite match my oak table.
-The upholstery color is a little darker than I expected.
-The chairs sit very low. I'm 5'3" and my breakfast room table hits 2" below my armpits. I feel like a child who needs a booster seat.
The company allows returns only if the items are unassembled and then you pay shipping and 20% restocking fee. It will cost almost as much to send them back as to keep them.
I will try to sell them locally and shop in person next time.

The chairs were shipped on time arrived on time. The chairs took approximately 1 hour each to assemble, that was not noted in the ad. They are very nice when assembly is completed.

I was surprised to find the quality of this chair much better than I expected. All wood - no fake stuff, and the fabric is heavy. I don't understand the other reviews mentioning the height being too short. This chair was the exact same height as my existing chairs. I also purchased the matching table, and I have the same opinion with regard to quality and workmanship.
