My elderly father-in-law was coming here for an extended visit. He liked sitting in a bar stool because of it's height, easy for him to get into and out of. I shopped for the right height table, very difficult to find. After comparing prices and styles of several other options, I ordered this one... very pleased with the purchase.
It was easy to put together, just one fastener per leg. It is sturdy, but even more so if you can place it against a wall. The finish was excellent and is easy to clean. Another plus for me was it did not include stools. We already had bar stools and didn't need to buy more.
All in all, very pleased with this table. After my father-in-law left, I turned the table into a laundry gathering and folding table.... perfect for that!

We purchased this table due to its 36-inch height (and other dimensions) and color, both suitable for our needs. The table was EASY TO ASSEMBLE! I like the table, despite the unknown possible California proposition 65 issues associated with the advertisement. Also, unfortunately, there were two places on either side of the edges of the table top where the packaging must have taken off the paint - in my self-proclaimed table expert opinion, these marks are NOT due to the antique look attributed to the table. So, if you can deal with the CA proposition 65 warning and its ramifications on your life, this is a solid table that should serve you well.
