Hillsdale Embassy Side Chair with Carved Legs, Rubbed Black, Set of 2

I bought 2 sets of these chairs.....I love them. Very sturdy and look nice. They assemble easily. The only problem I had was on the third chair, the screw holes were misalligned and on one side the screws wouldn't go in all the way and on the the other side the screw went through the back. Wen I called customer service(of course tey were outsourced) I was told three times tat tere was no more stock available but that I could contact the manufacturer. I did not feel it was up to me to contact the manufacturer. All of a sudden as I myself looked up the product, there were 6 available and then told by a supervisor that they could ship me replacements. Had I not been persistant....I would have never gotten the replacements. In the end, the chairs are very comfortable.
