I was not happy with the instructions sent with this product, and because the instructions are only pictures, I messed up. One of the chair legs had a crack at the top of the leg, and two of the legs I messed up because of the instructions. When I contacted this company I was told no problem, they will send out 3 more legs and will be no charge. The legs were supposed to ship July 21st, but according to Fed Ex they never received the legs. In contacting the Company they said Fed Ex must have lost them, and would ship out the legs on the 29th of July. Well that did not happen, so I contacted them again and was told the legs would ship on the 6th of August. Today is the 6th of August and I tried to contact them again, but only could reach an answering machine to leave a message. The reason I was contacting them on the 6th was to make sure I could get a tracking number from Fed Ex, because this is the only way I will know if they really shipped. These chairs look very nice but they are uncomfortable since they are not deep enough. No thigh support at all.

I am very pleased with these chairs. I bought 6 of them (3 pairs). They are built better than I expected. They were easy to assemble and look very nice in my dining room. I would recommend them 100% of the time.
