The bar is exactly as pictured. I put it together myself and didn't have too much of a problem. It can be a little awkward at some points because of the hinged pieces swinging around, so be careful that it doesn't smash a finger. I don't think it can support too much weight, but it is pretty sturdy.

This thing is a pain to put together, but its a real show stopper when entertaining. Its the perfect height and there is lots of storage for glassware and bar tools. Well worth the money

This home bar is a great value. My friends saw the bar and could not believe the price I paid. The color is great, it looks very rich. I love the bottle storage and the wine glass rack.
The only problem I ran into was that the directions did not say mention until the end that there is a drawer stopper. The directions were very clear, but did not say which way the piece that the stopper is attached to is supposed to face. Now my drawer does not have a stopper to keep it from being pulled out all the way, not a huge deal... it would have just been too much work to take everything apart to fix the problem.
